  2. Set a timer for 40–50 minutes.
  3. Give your full attention only to that one task.
  4. Do not scroll your phone, its totally waste of time, or do anything else during this time.

After it ends, take a break before starting the next one.

When you do this, you will often finish more work in 1 hour than you would in 3 hours of distracted studying.

2. Take Real Breaks That Refresh Your Mind
